Have you re-homed an animal from us in the past?
If so, we'd love to hear how you are getting on

Hi, Hope you're well. The pups are doing great still daft as a badger playing all day. They're maturing into realy lovely dogs..  and 'Spud' is still here too..  Just thought I'd drop you recent pics.

Best  Wishes, Paul.

Hi Alyson,
This is a picture of Sophie who we got from you a few months ago and her new pal Bracken who is two. We already had Bracken when we got Sophie from you and they get along great (most of the time).
Sophie is doing great, especially with the help of the cage you lent us although it just seems to be breaking the toilet habit now so it has taken a while.

Hi Alyson.
Some snaps of Saphie. Mind, she's a fair bit bigger (fatter!) than the last time you saw her. She's a bundle of fun. Hardly ever seen without one of her many, many toys in her mouth.
Take care.

Hi Alyson
Picture of dog who sits and poses as soon as the camera appears!
Rebel (and me too!) love living in the Highlands - all those lovely smells for Reb, plus lochs which he keeps forgetting are often deep right at the edge.  I have lost count of the times he has gone for a drink (which he seems incapable of doing without going paddling at the same time) and the waters have closed over his head!!!!!!  He gets quite huffy when I laugh......

Hope you and yours are well.

Kind regards
Jan

Hi Alison,
Jack and Shaddow are doing great. Jack is the size of a lion but he still trys to sit on our knee.Jack will be 2 in August and shaddow will be 3 in December(time flys). We have moved house recently it has a huge back garden and is only 2 mins walk from fields and woods Jack and Shad love it.

Elaine, Jack and Shad.
Hi just a few lines to let you know that Zelda is fine and a pleasure to have .
When we first got Zel she was a very unhappy dog and it has taken a great deal of love and patience for to settle her but has all been worth it.
Although she seems to have a fobia or maybe dislike is the better word so we are more careful when we are out.
She does have a friend called Bruno one of our neighbours dog and the get on great, but no matter what I loved her when I first seen her and that has not changed at all.

We hope everything is well with all of you.

Dear Alyson -
Here are some piccies of "Ishka Star Kriese" (Isk) - who will be 2 years old in August this year.   She is a fabulous dog and we love her to bits.  Her personality is fantastic and she makes us all laugh with her antics.  She loves to pick up litter when we are out on walks and has adopted one of our cats as her kitten/pup.  They curl up together at night and look sooooo cute.
Thanks for letting her come to live with us we treasure her dearly.
Best Wishes
Alison, Andy, Ishka and co.

Hi Alyson. The girls are doing great both still as naughty as ever but other than that they are great. Hope you are all ok Deva and Jess send their love.

Hello Alyson

Tara is doing really well & is a very happy lively young dog. Her favoutie
games are playing with her best friend Bonnie, the hose pipe, waves at the
coast & with flies & frogs in the back garden. She is such a joy to know &
we are very grateful you let her come to live with us.

Many Thanks

Jimmy, Helen, Bonnie & Tara

Hope this picture is okay, it is the most recent, taken a few days ago
before the weather got so hot Alex decided he prefered the coolness of the kitchen!  He has also decided that despite the fact he has an outside as well as an inside drinking bowl he much prefers a large blue bucket which I now keep topped up with water!  He is also a bit of a celebrity around here and we have had neighbours coming to the door with leftover bits of chicken and pork and things good to eat!  Of course Alex appreciates all donations, if only there were a few more of the sausage kind.
David takes him for a walk which goes near a small stream and Alex loves the water so much we are wondering if he is all GSD or part duck!

Alyson,

Pics of Becky.

As you are aware, GSD rehomed her with us in March 2002. Since then, she has gone from strength to strength. She is a Advanced Obedience dog at her Dog Training Club where she provides demonstrations of exercises with either me or Julie as her handler. She is a real pleasure to own...and she adores James, our 9 year old son.
Love,
 Paul & Julie.

Hi Alyson
How are you?  I've attached some pictures of Skye for you the beach one is the most recent, the one with Buddy and Tegan was taken not long after we got her. Also just to let you know we've moved house.
The house has a big 60ft garden which Skye loves. She has really settled down since Christmas and is coming out of her puppyhood. She gets on brilliantly with Tegan who my mam adopted from you however Buddy just tries to ignore her, I think she's a bit too boisterous for him. As you can see from the picture she hasn't grown into her ears although she has fattened up a bit.
Take care
Emma xxx

Hi Alyson, Jess (as we call her) still hasn't come into season but will have
her spayed straight afterwards.
Regards
June.
An update on Charlie.  I've taken a photo of him today.  He is getting on really well, growing and a pleasure to own.  He is best friends with the collie and the terriers who play really well with him.  I did expect some resentment from them but they are all good friends.  Charlie had his booster a while ago and now enjoys walks with the other dogs although he is always right by my leg and never strays far from me.  He loves Ian and always goes with him when he is working in the fields.
He has just learned that it is fun to bark at birds, cows, sheep or nothing in particular.  We have found he likes to take plants from pots and remove inner soles from all our shoes and hide them - that is great fun!  He has been housetrained from day one and asks to go out.  He is a great joy to us.
Best wishes.
Christine, Ian & Charlie
Hi Alyson,
Jackson, as you know, came from you nearly 5 years ago.  He will be 8 this
August.  He has a heart condition, but is that laid back it doesn't bother
him in the slightest!

If you remember, it was a rocky start when Jack was introduced to Mollie,
but they very quickly learnt to live with each other.  As long as Jack
remembers that Mollie is in charge, they get along just fine!

In the photo, Mollie is on the left, Jack on the right.

Lyn.

Hi Alyson

We adore Zipp and she has settled down really well, she has a 12 week old border collie companion and they are inseparable. They generally move too fast to get any decent action shots - or maybe I am just getting old.  We have enjoyed trips to beach, forest, pub etc but most of all Zipp loves collecting the girls from school.

We now can't imagine life without Zipp, and my husband who was initially sceptical about a G.S. probably dotes on her more than we do!
Will keep in touch.  Lots of wet kisses from Zipp xxx

Liz and family.

Hi Alyson
Ellie is doing really well. She is an outstanding loyal, gentle and loving friend. We really couldn't of asked for a better dog. As you know we haven't had any problems with her at all other than a slightly sensitive stomach. I can't believe we have had her over 5 years now.  If I can catch her in her 'cool dog' pose I will send you that picture as well.  She is camera shy so getting good pictures can prove to be quite difficult. We are going to get the one of her sitting in the garden next to the flowers framed and put up on the wall next to the ones of the three children.  After all Ellie IS family.

Be in touch soon
Take care
Ian, Alison and the gang

Hi Alyson.
Jess is fantastic and so lovable I cant thank GSD Rescue enough, especially you, for letting us have her. I would be totally lost without her. All my family love her to bits. From the little puppy to fantastic girl she is now. You would not believe the change!
Love from Jess, Nigel, Marion & Family.
Hi Alyson, Some pictures of our dog Sabre.
I think his name is not right  as the way he acts it should be (Tractor) as no ditch too deep, no hill too steep! .He is a lovely dog a few bad habits but we are working on them .
Here are a few pics some of his toys a spanner for diy & a bone .
Best wishes to you all .
